Welcome to BluePrintCommerce. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blueprintcommerce.net and all services provided by BluePrintCommerce LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section 02
Services Provided
BluePrintCommerce specializes in e-commerce web design, sales funnel development, marketing automation, and digital strategy. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or Statement of Work (SOW) provided prior to the start of any project.
Section 03
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely project delivery, the client agrees to:
- ✓ Provide all necessary access to current platforms (domain registrar, hosting, CMS, CRM) as required
- ✓ Supply required digital assets (logos, branding guidelines, copy, images) in a timely manner, unless asset creation is explicitly included in the SOW
- ✓ Provide prompt feedback and approvals during designated revision stages of the project
Section 04
Payment Terms & Billing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Our billing terms are as follows:
- ✓Deposits: Projects require an upfront, non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project cost) before work commences, unless otherwise stated in your proposal.
- ✓Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final handover of assets or live launch.
- ✓Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause work or withhold final deliverables if invoice payments are delayed beyond the agreed payment date.
Section 05
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our services involve dedicated time, strategy, and custom development:
- ✓Initial Deposits: Once work has commenced or strategy sessions have been conducted, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- ✓Mid-Project Cancellations: Either party may cancel with written notice. The client will be billed for all work completed at our standard rate, or the deposit will be forfeited — whichever is greater.
- ✓ We do not offer refunds on completed projects or live storefronts.

Section 06
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment in full, the client assumes full ownership of the final website, funnel design, and specific digital assets created for their project.
BluePrintCommerce retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed prior to project commencement.
Section 07
Limitation of Liability
BluePrintCommerce LLC strives to deliver high-converting, error-free systems. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, sales figures, or website traffic outcomes.
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or data loss — arising from the use of our services, third-party platform outages (e.g., Shopify, Stripe), or changes in search engine algorithms.
Section 08
Revisions & Scope Creep
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Requests for additional features, pages, or major design changes outside the original Statement of Work will be treated as scope creep and quoted separately before any additional work begins.
Section 09
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
