About Our Services

BluePrintCommerce LLC provides professional e-commerce development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and storefront design services for Shopify and WooCommerce merchants. All services are delivered digitally — we do not ship physical goods.

This Fulfillment Policy explains how and when our digital services are delivered after a payment is made.

Section 02

Service Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the package or service purchased. The following timeframes apply from the date of payment confirmation and completed onboarding:

Custom / Bespoke Projects As agreed in writing during discovery
Note: Timelines begin once the client has completed the onboarding form and provided all required access credentials. Delays caused by incomplete information from the client may extend delivery.

What "Delivery" Means

A service is considered fulfilled when one or more of the following conditions are met:

  • The completed work is deployed to your live store or staging environment and you are notified via email
  • Access credentials, deliverable files, or documentation have been sent to your registered email address
  • A final review call or handover session has been completed
Section 04

Onboarding & Access Requirements

To begin work, clients must provide the following within 5 business days of payment:

  • Collaborator or staff access to their Shopify or WooCommerce store
  • Completed onboarding questionnaire (sent via email after payment)
  • Any brand assets required (logo, fonts, colors, imagery)
  • Access to relevant third-party tools if applicable (email platform, analytics, etc.)
If required access is not provided within 5 business days, we reserve the right to pause the project until access is received. This may affect your delivery date.
Section 05

Post-Delivery Support

All packages include a 14-day post-launch support window starting from the date of delivery. During this period, we will:

  • Fix any bugs or technical issues caused by our implementation
  • Answer questions about the delivered work
  • Make minor copy or layout adjustments within the agreed scope

Requests that fall outside the original project scope (new features, additional pages, new integrations) are treated as separate engagements and quoted separately.

Section 06

Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and digital wallets where available. The following billing terms apply:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve production time and begin work
  • Remaining balances (where applicable) are due prior to final delivery
  • Invoices are issued via email from our Stripe account

Section 07

Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel a project before work has begun. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable as it compensates for reserved production time and discovery work already completed.

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be invoiced for the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation. All completed deliverables up to that point will be transferred to the client.
